Football season is huge in our house. Not only is my husband busy with 4-5 fantasy football leagues, but he has both boys cheering on his favorite players. Needless to say, this house is anything but quiet during game days.
Are you ready for the big game? My husband was so excited to see Seattle make it to the finals. He’s originally from the area and still roots for his home team. And what better way to catch all of the plays during the football game, than with delicious DiGiorno pizza. It’s easy to make and serve. Right now you can take advantage of DiGiorno pizzas on rollback at Walmart for just $4.50!
We may not agree on teams in the house, but we definitely agree DiGiorno is a game day food favorite. I grabbed two Rising Crust styles: Four Cheese and Pepperoni. I decided to surprise the boys by creating football pizzas. That’s right, using one DiGiorno pizza I created three football pizzas! The pieces shuffled a bit once the cheese melted on the pizza, but they still turned out great, and of course, tasted delicious.
Football Pizza Steps:
- With a pizza cutter in hand, use a round plate as your guide
- Cover 1/3 of the pizza with the plate and cut the thawed pizza
- Each pizza makes 3 football pizzas
- Next, chop a green pepper into pieces to create an outline of football laces
- Cook as directed
We all caught the championship game with DiGiorno pizza in hand. Check out this picture-perfect moment of my dad cheering as Seattle scored a touchdown.
What #GameTimeGoodies will you be eating? Why not make a touchdown with DiGiorno! It’s convenient and ready in about 20 minutes. You can’t beat Walmart’s $4.50 rollback price either. Impress your guests with these fun football pizzas!
Who will you be cheering on during the big game?

What a fun idea for the big game… or any day really. I never really thought about cutting the pizzas other than in slices. Duh. Thanks!
