Joovy is a well-known brand in our home. We love their products! My latest product review was for the joovy ergo caboose stroller, which we frequently use with the two boys. So when putting together the holiday gift guide this year I knew Joovy Tricycoo had to make the list of favorites.
I was eyeing the Joovy Tricycoo for my lil guy who is 21 months. This adorable tricycle would be a perfect gift idea for any family with a toddler!
Joovy Tricycoo Details:
I loved the concept of the Tricycoo having a parent push handle to help even the littlest family member steer their very first bicycle. And with a 4 position adjustable handle I’m certain many parents are thanking joovy for creating a bike that doesn’t hurt our backs by hunching over constantly.
The 4 position handle adjusts from 32.5 inches to 38 inches and is completely removable once your child is ready to be more independent.
In the top right picture above you can see a yellow lock on the wheel allowing you the option for the pedals to be locked or unlocked. This creative idea allows the pedals to spin freely without force from your child so they really get the idea of bicycling before having to push on the pedals to make it go. It is also equipped with moveable footrest that fold up once your child is ready to use the pedals. The Tricycoo also offers a rear basket that perfectly fits my son’s helmet or can carry a few fun toys for the ride.
For the safety of your child, joovy has removable ‘baby surround arms’ that enclose your child on the seat giving them the confidence and support they need. In the middle image below you can see how the arm folds down allowing for your child to get on the tricycle independently and then the arm can be locked into place. It’s also equipped with a fun bell on the handlebar.
Do you see the smile on my son’s face? He can’t get enough of his new tricycle!
The Tricycoo is for children as young as 18 months old and supports a child up to 44 lbs. I can’t say enough good things about the Joovy Tricycoo. The wheels offer a smooth ride, the safety features are outstanding, and my son loves it!
I highly recommend purchasing the Joovy Tricycoo for the toddler in your life. It is a well-built tricycle that allows your child to learn and grow, and offers many removable features once they can bicycle independently. It’s available in four unique colors, black (featured here), pink, greenie, and orangie and retails on the Joovy site for $129, which I feel is a great price for such a high quality item.
