I was invited as media to attend a 2-day trip to LA for the premiere of Disney PLANES. All expenses were paid. All opinions are my own and may differ from your own.
If you have followed my Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram feed these last few days you have seen a glimpse of this amazing and magical trip I have encountered with Disney Studios. I am SO excited to share my very first experience up close and personal with celebs like Teri Hatcher (below with daughter Emerson), Dane Cook, Bella Thorne, Hilary Duff, Peter Facinelli, Jason Priestley, and more!
The party kicked off in style with a red carpet leading to the Target Landing Zone pre-party right on Hollywood blvd. The pre-party included fun carnival style games for the stars and their families to engage in, including winning some super cool PLANES toys. I played my hand at a few games including ski ball and balloon darts and won some adorable PLANES memorabilia to take home to my boys.
Of course no party would be complete without some delicious carnival inspired food like corn on the cob, mini burgers, churros and more. In the center of all the fun was a full display of all the PLANES merchandise available at Target stores nationwide, including a super cute scooter, which Hillary Duff’s son took a few spins on and a Dusty backpack, which I spotted Hank Baskett carrying while walking with his son Hank Jr.
It was amazing to be rubbing elbows with some of my favorite celebrities. Talk about a dream come true! Below are a few I spotted during the pre-party:

I even built up the courage to ask one of the celebs for a photograph together. Check out me and Alison Sweeney, best known for her role as Sammy on Days of our Lives, and most recently the host of The Biggest Loser!
The party began to wind down and I snapped this final picture of Teri Hatcher and others posing in front of a prop plane.
Then we all made our way into the El Capitan theatre to watch the premiere of Disney’s PLANES! After grabbing my soda and PLANES bucket of popcorn I made my way to my seat…..stay tuned Friday when I share more details about the movie. And don’t forget PLANES opens in theaters this Friday!
