America’s favorite snack celebrates the big game with New York Blitz Game Day Bites. RITZ Crackers partnered with four iconic New York restaurants to make it easier than ever to tackle game day hunger with a winning snack roster.
We’re sharing one of our favorite recipes below.
Game Day Bites
These RITZ Pastrami and Corned Beef Mini Sandwiches are the perfect game day snacks. This recipe is a bite-sized version of Carnegie Deli’s most popular menu item, the Woody Allen Sandwich. Only a slight departure from the monster-sized menu staple, these RITZ mini sandwiches are flaky, delicious, and fun to prepare.

RITZ Game Day Bites Recipe
Ingredients:
- sliced corned beef
- sliced pastrami
- Ritz crackers
- pickle relish
- lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce
- salt & pepper
Directions:
1) To make Russian Dressing, blend together the mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
2) Place 10 RITZ Crackers on tray. Put about 1/4 tsp Russian dressing onto each cracker.
3) Cut corned beef and pastrami deli slices in half vertically.
4) Put two pieces each of corned beef and pastrami on each cracker.
5) Top with additional 1/4 tsp Russian dressing and remaining crackers to form sandwich.

Those look wonderful. I may even make some for my boys for lunch one day. They are so picky, and have decided they don’t like sandwiches anymore… but if it’s on a cracker, it isn’t a sandwich, right?
