Blueberries are not only a delicious fruit that you can enjoy year-round, but they have some fantastic health benefits too. One cup of blueberries can provide 25% of your daily Vitamin C and nearly 4 grams of fiber, which can help lower cholesterol naturally. These wonderful berries are great as a snack, or can add flavor to many dishes. Today, I’m sharing an easy blueberry float recipe to enjoy anytime of year!
