Jodi Benson Narrates at the Epcot Candlelight Processional

Have you ever attended Epcot Holidays Around the World? Each winter, the park transforms into an international celebration with festive decor, live entertainment, and specialty foods. The Epcot Candlelight Processional is a guest favorite, and free with admission to the park. Arrive early and you’ll enjoy the sounds of the season with celebrity guest narrators like Neil Patrick Harris, Meredith Vieira, or even sport favorites like Cal Ripken Jr! About the event:

Experience rich sounds of a full orchestra and choir as they fill the theatre. See special guest narrators take the stage and listen along while the story of the babe in a manger touches your heart as it has for generations.

The Epcot Candlelight Processional is held every year on select nights from the last week of November through December 30th. Three showtimes are offered each evening, choose from 5:00 PM, 6:45 PM and 8:15 PM showtimes. Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis and is free with admission to the theme park. I highly recommend arriving up to an hour early at the American Gardens Theatre to enjoy this popular tradition. For an additional cost, guests can book a Processional dining package to guarantee seating at the event.

Being the huge “The Little Mermaid” fan that I am, I chose a night when Jodi Benson, the voice of Ariel, would be narrating. I had the pleasure of meeting Jodi in 2013 during a press event. She talked openly about her family, her career and much more. She’s such a passionate and kind-hearted person. It was really a one-of-a-kind moment!
