Healthy Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Some of my preferred ways to incorporate protein into my diet is with Premier Protein products. They have a variety of shakes, bars, and powders that provide 30 grams of protein per serving!

Ingredients
- overripe bananas
- peanut butter
- eggs
- Premier Protein vanilla protein powder
- baking powder
- salt
- mini chocolate chips

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Place all ingredients (except chocolate chips) into a blender and mix for 30-40 seconds. I prefer to use my Nutri Ninja Nutri Bowl DUO and select Fusion Mix for a total of 40 seconds.
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and scoop batter into the tin. I used this square Wilton tin. Finish by adding a few chocolate chips to each muffin tin.
- Bake for 11-12 minutes. The recipe makes 12 protein muffins.
