Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond or low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop vanilla Premier Protein powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp mini choc chips, split (1 tsp mixed, 1 tsp garnish)
- 1/2 cup ice
- *optional whipped cream for topping
Blend ingredients for approximately 1 minute. Top with whipped cream and remaining chocolate chips. Makes 1 medium shake.
