Instead of grabbing an unhealthy snack from the vending machine, or going through a drive-thru, reach for a nutritious alternative that you’ll feel good about. We often go for the easiest solution, but it’s not always the healthiest, so today I’m sharing 3 simple nutritious lunches for work. These 3 recipes are quick, delicious, and most importantly wholesome, so you can get through the workday.
3 Simple Nutritious Lunches
This post was written in partnership with Women’s Forum and Campbell’s Soups.
Well Yes!™ is a NEW line of soups made with nutritious ingredients, like roasted chicken, beans, kale, and quinoa. Choose from delicious options like Tomato Carrot Bisque, Italian Vegetables with Farro, Roasted Chicken with Wild Rice, Sweet Potato Corn Chowder, and many other varieties. One of my favorite Campbell’s® Well Yes!™ soups is the Roasted Chicken with Wild Rice, which includes carrots, corn, sweet potatoes, and lean chicken. I pair it with saltine crackers and a side of fruit. Soup is hearty and easy to bring pretty much anywhere. The new Well Yes!™ soups come in cans with non-BPA lining too.
A make ahead meal that the entire family enjoys are these Mini Mac & Cheese Cups. With just a few ingredients and a muffin pan you can bake this dish in just 20 minutes. By using a muffin pan, you’ll have individual portions that can be saved for an easy lunch at work. It is really tasty, and pairs well a side salad for a healthy lunch option. Grab the recipe via the link and pin it for safe keeping.
Another lunch idea I recommend is this Broccoli Salad recipe I shared recently on the blog. It’s full of rich vegetables and healthy ingredients and takes just minutes to make. It’s also amazingly tasty! This is definitely another recipe you’ll want to add to your simple nutritious lunches menu for the workplace.
Find Campbell’s® Well Yes!™ Soups available at stores nationwide now. I love that Well Yes! has no artificial ingredients and includes nutritional favorites like kale, chickpeas, and quinoa.

I like the soup and salad ideas here, but you still need some protein. The mini pasta+ salad+ some meatballs or chicken would be a good lunch

My husband would love these, I’m sure. He doesn’t like fast food. He is burned out on sandwiches. He would rather have left overs from dinner for lunch but, sometimes there is none to take for lunch. Then he tries soup.
