AirHeads Trampoline Arena in Orlando

Living in Central Florida we have a lot of great choices for family fun. Recently our family visited AirHeads Trampoline Arena. It was our first time visiting and I can honestly say my kids had the BEST time ever! We literally had to drag them out of their kicking! And it’s all they’ve talked about since leaving. Our (just turned) 2-year-old keeps saying, “bounce” when referring to AirHeads.

Here’s a little bit about this amazingly fun place:

AirHeads Trampoline Arena is a premier destination for airborne amusement. Daily open-jump sessions require no reservations, allowing gravity-loathers to launch themselves skyward at the drop of a hat. Simply strap on the helmet and jumping shoes provided by AirHeads and you’re ready for an hour of aerial cardio action. The bounce-intensive surface promotes ever-increasing hang-time increments in a low-impact workout that lets the joints off easy but puts lower-body muscles through rigorous training. All that bouncing is also intensely aerobic and much better for your lungs than underwater body-building competitions. If you’ve had enough free-floating fitness, join a bouncing band of ball dodgers at one of AirHeads’ pick-up trampoline-dodgeball games. After gallumphing up an appetite or intense skeeball craving, head to the AirCafé or AirCade for fresh fare and fair games.

Jumpers of all ages are welcome. Children aged 3 and under must be accompanied by an adult jumper. The Orlando location is huge and there are several divided areas where you can keep your little ones from the bigger kids too. They have a separate area for dodge ball which my 4-year-old couldn’t get enough of.

AirHeads has referees throughout their bounce areas to keep safety a priority. They have a large gaming area where kids can earn tickets to turn in for prizes, and a large selection of food options in their Air Cafe. Unlimited jumping is only $16.95 for all day! They have fun activities planned for certain days and night so be sure to check out their calendar. You can even book a birthday party there in a private party rooms with access to the entire trampoline arena.

If you’re in the Orlando or Tampa area, I highly recommend visiting one of AirHeads locations. They are a great family friendly atmosphere and indoor alternative to the Florida heat. I know our kids can’t wait to return!
