Ahh, the smell of fresh-baked pie and cookies is one of my favorite things about fall. Today we’re sharing a delicious apple pie cheesecake recipe that’s made into individual cheesecakes, making this sweet treat a perfect dessert for your guests!
Apple Pie Cheesecake Recipe
While these cheesecakes are made individually, you can easily combine the recipe into a cheesecake pan if preferred. No matter which way you eat it – this apple pie cheesecake will quickly become a seasonal favorite for your menu!

Here’s what you’ll need for the recipe:
Graham Cracker Crust
- graham cracker crumbs
- unsalted butter
- sugar
Cheesecake Filling
- cream cheese
- sugar
- sour cream
- vanilla extract
- salt
- large eggs
For the Crumble Topping
- light brown sugar
- ground cinnamon
- sugar
- salt
- unsalted butter
- flour
- apple pie filling

Graham Cracker Crust Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners
- Using a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until combined
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the crust into the cupcake liners
- Using a flat bottomed round cup, press the cup into the crust to make
it firm, set aside
Cheesecake Filling Directions:
- Using a hand mixer, beat together the sugar and cream cheese until
combined and smooth - Beat in the sour cream, vanilla, and salt until combined
- Beat in 1 egg at a time until combined
- Scoop 2 ½ tbsp of the cheesecake mixture into the crust
- Bake in the oven for 17-22 minutes or until the edges are firm and a
really light golden brown - Allow the cheesecakes to cool for a few hours in the fridge
Crumble Topping Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a medium bowl (except apple pie filling)
- Using your fingers, mix ingredients together until combined and crumble like
- Cut the apple slices from the Apple Pie filling into small chunks
- Spoon some filling onto the top of the cheesecakes
- Sprinkle some crumble on top and enjoy!

Crumble Topping: 1/2 C light brown sugar, 1/4 C sugar, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp kosher salt, 1/2 C unsalted butter, melted, 1 1/4 C flour, 1 - 21 oz can of Apple pie filling
