Summer is here! Let’s get cookin’ with this tasty new recipe: Bacon and Bleu Cheese Stuffed Burger recipe. Yummm! My hubby personally loves bleu cheese on just about anything so he’s in heaven with these burger bombs.
Bacon and Bleu Cheese Stuffed Burger Recipe
These adorable burger bombs are meant to be a quick and easy appetizer for summer BBQs and parties. You can easily make this into traditional burgers by flattening them instead of rolling them into balls.
Measurements with easy to follow printable directions are at the bottom of this post.
Ingredients:
- ground beef
- egg
- cracked peppercorn
- crumbled blue cheese
- bacon bits
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Add ground beef and egg to a bowl, mix well
3. Using your hands, form a 1” ball with the ground beef
4. Hollow out the center and form a bowl
5. Place a pinch of blue cheese and bacon bits inside
6. Pinch the edges together to close and form into a ball
7. Pour cracked peppercorn onto a plate
8.Roll each ball over seasoning until equally covered
9. Place onto a cookie sheet and bake 15-20 minutes (depending on oven)
10. Serve with your favorite condiments and enjoy!
