Berry Keto Donuts Recipe
Our keto donut recipe is really donut holes, but you can easily shape these into full, round donuts if you prefer.

Ingredients:
- almond flour
- coconut flour
- Greek yogurt
- butter
- egg
- vanilla extract
- cinnamon
- swerve
- strawberries
- blueberries
Makes 12 donut holes
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Add almond flour, coconut flour, butter, egg, yogurt, and vanilla to a bowl and mix well
3. Fold blueberries into mixture
4. Form dough into a large ball and cut into 12 portions
5. Roll each portion into a ball and place onto a baking sheet covered tray
6. Bake 20 minutes
7. While donuts are baking, add chopped strawberries and 3 tbsp of swerve to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and strain.
8. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and remaining 1 tbsp of swerve together
9. Dip each donut into cinnamon sugar mixture then drizzle strawberry dressing over donuts and enjoy!
