The Best Broccoli Salad Recipe Ever
Preparing healthy meals for yourself allows you to eat cleaner, feel happier, and live longer. Instead of take out, opt for picking up ingredients that are healthier. You can find these salad ingredients at any grocery store. It really is easy to make positive changes!

Ingredients
Broccoli florets
Cherry tomatoes
Parmesan cheese
Red onion
Green pepper
Lettuce
For the dressing
mayonnaise

garlic clove
salt

Directions
For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, onion, garlic clove, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese in a food processor. Pulse until everything is well incorporated and creamy (around 3 minutes). Set aside
In a pot bring water to a boil.
Incorporate the broccoli florets in a steamer basket and steam until tender (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat and let them cool until they are no longer hot to the touch.
On a chopping board cut the tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, and lettuce.
Add everything to a bowl and mix well, drizzle with dressing and top with Parmesan cheese.
Serve and enjoy!
