I have dry, tired eyes! As someone who works on the computer often, among other devices, I have been struggling with dry eyes for the past year. After doing research, I learned that the blue light from devices like my phone, computer and tablet is most likely the cause. Don’t get me wrong, eye drops have made an improvement, but they didn’t get to the root of the problem, so I partnered with Felix Gray because I heard amazing things about their Blue Light Filter Glasses, and I am so glad I did!
Have you noticed that your eyes are dry, tired, or you often get headaches? These glasses may be just what you need too!
This is a partnered post. All opinions are my own.
How Blue Light Filter Glasses Can Help
Digital eye strain is a real thing and it can cause all sorts of complications from eye fatigue and headaches to disrupted sleep. With the increase in technology in our everyday lives, it’s important to protect something we value you so much; our eyesight.
Felix Gray embeds technology into the lenses, so their glasses filter 50% of all Blue Light and almost 90% of the highest range without distorting color. Their lens technology page is full of helpful information, so I definitely recommend heading there for more info.
I am hooked on my new Blue Light Filter glasses! They are so comfortable and I’ve noticed an improvement in my health, including better quality sleep. They have a variety of frames and color choices for men, women, and as of this week – a new kids line! I chose the Lovelace glasses in Cayuga Blue – what do you think?
Blue Light Filter Glasses for Kids
Just like adults, kids are surrounded by technology, from television screens to laptops for school and iPads too. So, I’m so excited to share that Felix Gray released a kids line this week and my boys were lucky enough to receive a pair in advance to test out. J is wearing Nash in Milky Way, and L is wearing Faraday in black. Felix Gray offers two sizes for kids: ages 4 – 8 and ages 9 – 13. They were so excited to receive a pair and honestly like wearing them all the time.
