Blueberry Bagel Recipe
This homemade blueberry bagel recipe is so easy to make. We offer two cooking instructions below: air fryer for a quick breakfast or oven-baked for a more traditional option.

Ingredients:
- active yeast
- warm water
- yogurt
- flour
- blueberries
- melted butter or oil
Directions:
- Mix warm water and yeast and let set for 5 minutes
- Add in yogurt and mix well
- Slowly add in flour until a soft dough is formed
- Fold in berries
- Cover with a towel or plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size
- On a floured surface roll out dough until it is ¾ inch thick
- Using a donut cutter (or two round cutters) cut out a donut shape
- Let rise for 20 minutes
- Place in the air fryer for 6 minutes on 350 OR Bake in the oven at 350 for 19-23 minutes
- Brush with melted butter or oil
- If cooking via air fryer, put back in for 4 additional minutes

This si such a great idea for a change of lunches with these kids on zooms. They all get lunch breaks at different times so this would work amazingly well for my sanity so I did not have to make each one separate!!
