Voted the world’s #1 best beach, Beaches Turks and Caicos sits on 12 miles of private beach in the most tranquil waters I’ve ever seen. It’s also the largest Beaches/Sandals resort I’ve ever been to with 5 unique villages, 21 dining options, and 12 pools or whirlpools on property! After visiting the resort in October for the Beaches Moms conference, I’ve stayed in close contact with the resort with hopes of returning this year for another amazing vacation. But something’s changing at Beaches Resort Turks and Caicos – keep reading for details!
We stayed at Beaches Turks and Caicos for a conference and received discounted rates. All opinions are our own.
Why You Need to Book a Stay at Beaches Turks and Caicos STAT!
Beaches Turks and Caicos released updates on their gorgeous property just recently – they are indefinitely closing their resort in 2021! You read that right…this location will no longer be a destination all-inclusive resort as of 2021 – unless a change occurs between now and then. That’s why you need to book your stay fast! In addition to closing in 2021, they have also provided intermittent closing dates for 2019 and 2020.
Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa will be closed from September 3rd to October 15th in 2019 and from September 7th to October 22, 2020.
If you’d like the chance to stay at this one of a kind Beaches Turks and Caicos all-inclusive resort, you’ll need to act fast.
Accommodations
We loved our vacation so much – we are already looking at dates to return. We stayed in the French Village with a pool and gardens view. Like I mentioned before, this resort is huge! The other four villages sit closer to the beach with beach views available. I highly recommend the upgrade to a beach view because the resort is so large, you will definitely get your steps in while walking throughout the resort. While we loved our stay, we truly wanted to wake up to the sound of the waves each day, so we hope to snag something closer to the water.
Beach Activities
In addition to spending hours lounging pool or beachside, there is an abundance of activities to choose from. Whether you’d like to learn to Scuba Dive or enjoy water sports like paddle boarding, windsurfing, or snorkeling. There’s something for everyone! There are unlimited land activities like beach volleyball, lawn chess, tennis, board games, shuffleboard, and much more.
You’ll often find beach and pool parties at the resort too. Join in the festivities for an unforgettable experience!
Dining
Remember how many dining options I mentioned earlier? 21 restaurants plus 15 bars! There’s not even enough time to hit them all in a week’s stay there, so choose wisely! I highly recommend checking out the unlimited fare you can get at the two food carts near the kid’s pool area. It’s a great option for a quick lunch. And definitely book a reservation at Kimono’s Oriental Cuisine. Your chef cooks everything fresh right in front of you. All other restaurants on site do not require reservations, so just walk right up and enjoy the unlimited fare. Schooners is a beautiful seaside restaurant and has a great breakfast spread. And don’t miss Bella Napoli Pizzeria – it’s a popular stop and worth the wait for freshly made pizzas!
For the Kids
Pirates Island Waterpark is 27,000 square feet of FUN! With 11 water slides, a kid’s splash zone and so much more – the kids won’t want to leave! Plus the Kids Camp is included with your stay! That’s right – you can have a date night every night if you want! All nannies and Kids Camp staffers at Beaches Resorts are accredited members of the International Nanny Association. Beaches Resorts is proud to be the first resort company in the world to complete the rigorous International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) training and Autism Certification! Find out more here.
Sesame Street
Beaches has an exclusive partnership with Sesame Street which offers Meet & Greets, delicious character breakfasts and bedtime wishes with their favorite characters! As guests, you can also watch their character parade and stage shows. This is truly a resort for families!
This is a perfect destination for conferences too. Have the best of both world’s with an unforgettable vacation while taking time to grow professionally. We had the BEST time at Social Media on the Sand and enjoyed all of the incredible perks that came along with that conference.
Travel Tips
Again, you’ll want to book your stay before 2021 as the resort will be closing. Snag great deals right now on the site! Additionally, I can not stress this tip enough – book the earliest flight to and from Providenciales in Turks and Caicos. They have a tiny airport and all of the airlines overbook each and every flight there due to “many cancellations”. Trust me – we learned the hard way! You want to book the earlier flights so that if you do get bumped you have other opportunities to catch another flight that day and not delay your visit to Beaches Turks and Caicos resort, or your return home.

Beautiful destination! It’s a pity the resort will close for good.
