Summer is here! Now that the boys are home for summer, I’m hearing “I’m hungry” a lot more often. Since the boys completed Publix Aprons Cooking School last summer, they’ve thoroughly enjoyed helping out in the kitchen. These new Pillsbury Place & Bake Brownies are the perfect summer sweet treat they can help me bake too. For fun, I created this easy brownies toppings bar to go along with our end of the day treat, check it out below!

Easy Brownies Toppings Bar
Here’s what you’ll need:
Find Pillsbury Place & Bake Brownies at Publix stores in varieties like chocolate fudge, marshmallow, and peanut butter chip. They are located in the refrigeration section, along with other Pillsbury baking favorites.
In addition to Pillsbury brownies, you’ll need some toppings! We picked up all of ours at Publix too.
We recommend:
- Whipped cream or ice cream
- Fruit like strawberries and raspberries
- Chopped candy bars
- Hot fudge sauce
- Caramel sauce
- Maraschino cherries
- Nuts like almonds or walnuts
To bake the brownies, simply add liners to a muffin pan or use a no-stick spray and place each brownie in the pan. Bake for roughly 20 minutes at 325-350 degrees, depending on your pan, and you’ll have freshly baked brownies ready to enjoy. And clean up is a breeze since there’s no mess – hooray!
Besides summer, this easy brownies toppings bar would be a great addition to movie nights at home, graduation parties, and other special events. It’s really simple to create and offers guests the option to put their favorite spin on these delicious brownies.
The boys had so much fun creating their brownie masterpieces. They loved the idea! I think this will be a new trend for us after hot summer days here in Florida.
