We made this dessert recipe super simple by using a boxed cake mix, along with a few other ingredients to pull off these yummy fall cookies – that are ready in 10 minutes. Grab the recipe below!
Easy Caramel Apple Cookies Recipe
These cookies are sooooo good! We topped ours with extra caramel sauce which is completely up to you. The recipe includes caramel sauce in the mix too.

Ingredients:
- vanilla cake mix
- eggs
- 1 apple (we used granny smith)
- caramel sauce
- oil
- flour

Directions:
- Cut apple in small pieces
- Mix cake mix, apple, eggs, caramel, flour, and oil together to form a thick dough
- Roll into balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 for 7-9 minutes
Optional: drizzle cookies with extra caramel sauce after allowing them to cool

1 box vanilla cake mix, 2 eggs, 1 apple diced, 1 tbsp caramel sauce, ½ cup of oil, ½ cup of flour
Instructions
Cut apple in small pieces. Mix cake mix, apple, eggs, caramel, flour, and oil together to form a thick dough. Roll into balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 7-9 minutes

Fall is my favorite time of the year. These cookies would make a nice addition to my recipes. I like that it calls for a box cake mix. That sure makes things easier.
