Grilled Surf and Turf Skewers
This recipe makes enough for 4 people, however, you can double the recipe if it’s for a larger crowd. We recommend serving it with grilled Parmesan asparagus and this grilled potatoes recipe.

Ingredients:
- 2 top sirloin steaks
- 15 large raw, deveined & peeled shrimp
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 8 wooden skewers

Directions:
- Slice the sirloin steaks into 2-inch cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, add Worcestershire, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, honey, and coriander. Mix well.
- Add the sirloin cubes into a gallon size ziplock bag, pour in the marinade and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before use.
- Remove steak from marinade and place on skewers leaving space between each cube.
- Add shrimp to bag with marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes. Then place on skewers.
- Preheat a gas grill to high heat.
- Add steak on grill and cook for 2 minutes then turn. Next, add shrimp to grill, cook 1 minute, turn shrimp. Cook another 1-2 minutes or until the desired temperature. The steak takes roughly 4 minutes and shrimp is 2-3 minutes.

- 1 pound asparagus, ends trimmed
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
While the shrimp is soaking in step 6 above, preheat your grill on medium heat. Line a baking sheet with hefty tin foil, drizzle with olive oil. Add asparagus in a single layer and drizzle with more olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic salt, and pepper. Grill for 7-10 minutes, or until asparagus is crisp. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
