Homemade Everything Bagel Recipe
The great thing about this homemade bagel recipe is that you can use the same ingredients and switch up the topping for a fresh new flavor, like cinnamon sugar, chocolate, and more!

Ingredients:
- almond flour
- baking powder
- nutritional yeast
- psyllium husk powder
- kosher salt
- eggs
- plain greek yogurt
- Everything Bagel Seasoning Blend

Directions:
- Preheat oven 350°F and place parchment paper on baking sheet, set aside.
- In a bowl add 2 cups of almond flour and the other dry ingredients, mix well.
- In a food processor add 2 eggs, mix on low until fluffy. Once the eggs are fluffy add the yogurt and blend again on low.
- Next, slowly add dry ingredients and pulse until dough forms, it will be sticky.
- Lightly flour a flat surface, using a silicone spatula, scrape the sides of the bowl and tip out dough onto flour. Add 1/2 cup of almond flour into dough. Dough will still be sticky.
- With your wet or oiled hands, take a piece of the dough and start rolling it into a small log. On the parchment paper prepared baking sheet shape it into a circle (bagel shape) and using your fingers smooth the ends together.
- Once your bagels are shaped and placed on the baking sheet, in a small bowl beat 1 egg with a fork. Using a pastry brush apply beaten egg over each bagel and then sprinkle with Everything Bagels Seasoning.
- Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with cream cheese or use for sandwiches!!

I love the ‘Everything’ flavor. I have never made bagels and never used psyllium husk powder but once I looked it up I can see it’s benefits (fiber is always a good thing).
