You know when you bake cookies and want to lick the bowl afterward? Of course, eating raw cookie dough is not healthy, but with this eggless edible cookie dough recipe, it is possible!
Here’s how to make edible cookie dough
Thanks to my niece and SIL for being my recipe creators today! In addition to an eggless recipe, it’s important to heat treat your flour which takes just a matter of seconds to do. Raw flour contains bad bacteria that can make you sick. Heating food to 160 degrees Fahrenheit is thought to kill numerous strains of bacteria.
How to Heat Treat Flour:
In a microwave-safe bowl, add all-purpose flour and microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir and put in microwave for 30 more seconds. Stir well to make sure the flour does not burn. Using an instant-read thermometer, test the flour in several spots to make sure it has reached 165°F. If it is not at 165°F, then heat for another 30 seconds. Stir and let flour cool before using it in the edible cookie dough recipe.

I want to make some right now. This looks so good. I am afraid that I would eat all of this by myself while watching TV.
