My 7 year old son can beat me in a race. That was a bit hard to admit. I mean, I’m not out of shape, but I’m not at my best either. And seriously my legs are twice as long as his, so how is that possible?
When I realized J was able to outrun me at my favorite sport, I knew it was time for me to step up my game. Last year J joined a running club at school that he loved. He came home weekly boasting about the amount of laps he completed…it was impressive. Once the club ended, I offered to run with him in the evenings around our neighborhood. Then summer came….in Florida. It was HOT, even at 9pm!
Now that fall is on its way (yes even in Florida) I’m excited to get back into a running routine. And I’m especially motivated since hubby and I are taking our 10 year anniversary trip to a tropical destination next month.
Since our youngest is not able to keep up with the rest of us, I needed a quality jogging stroller for our runs. The J is for Jeep® Brand Adventure All-Terrain Jogging Stroller offers off-road maneuverability with its all-terrain air-filled rubber tires. I was definitely impressed from the moment it came out of the box. It took roughly 5 minutes to put together. Plus it’s a beauty, right?!
The J is for Jeep® Brand Adventure All-Terrain Jogging Stroller is lightweight and easily folds for portability. If the brakes are on then the stroller will stay in a standing position as well. The back tires are easily removable for stowing in your vehicle if you have a smaller trunk size.
The wide ergonomic handle bar is easy to grab and steer, and comes with an optional safety tether that you can attach to either wrist. Children up to 50 lbs in weight and 42″ in height can sit comfortable in the jogging stroller as well. Another safety feature I appreciate is the 5 point harness system for keeping your little one safe while comfortably seated in the stroller.
The sunshade and parent organizer tray are convenient as well. And I really like the color choice and design of the stroller. It looks pricey, without the high price tag.
My favorite feature though is the front swivel wheel. If you’ve ever had a jogging stroller, many brands do not offer a swivel wheel, only a locked wheel. I’ve always found that to be a hassle when turning. I like that the J is for Jeep jogging stroller provides easy navigation with both a locked and unlocked front wheel.
The double lock braking system is convenient, and the storage basket is a great size for stowing towels, a bag or snacks for your run.
The J is for Jeep® Brand Adventure All-Terrain Jogging Stroller is great for dad’s too! Nate and I switch off pushing L during our workouts. If your little one gets sleepy during the run, the jogging stroller conveniently reclines while providing a netted window so your child gets a nice airflow, and can still see mom and dad too.
As an additional option, you can separately purchase an infant car seat for this jogging stroller as well. For more information on the J is for Jeep® Brand Adventure All-Terrain Jogging Stroller check out Target stores and Target.com. I think this is a fantastic stroller at an amazing price!

Swivel wheels are a must on jogging strollers. I love that phone pocket, though, because then you don’t have to worry about it falling out of your pocket!

I had a Jeep jogging stroller back when my boys were babies and LOVED it. It was such a smooth ride.

Now those are some beefy tires! Where I live we need tires like that just to get down the trails. They look like they would handle snow like a dream too. Perfect for any new mom 🙂
