I participated in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for Sprint. I received product samples to facilitate my review.
“Paired with its performance capabilities, the LG G2 delivers an experience that is seamless, beautiful and intuitive.” Upon first impression, the LG G2 Smartphone had my attention. With its slim and lightweight design, edge to edge screen, and vibrant colors, it was like at first sight.
Available in both black and white at sprint.com, the LG G2 Smartphone features:
- seamless, ultra-fast performance
- long-lasting battery life
- see bright whites and true colors on an expansive, near edge-to-edge screen
- capture sharp, detailed photos and high-definition videos
- new ergonomic design for ambidextrous use
- and high quality audio with Hi-Fi smartphone
Performance
The 2.26 GHz Quad-Core Processor provides a seamless experience for users who like to run multiple apps at once, quickly browse the web at 4G LTE speed. Dividing tasks between four cores is one of the most efficient ways to manage multiple onboard processes, simultaneously running applications in parallel.
The G2’s specially engineered 3,000 mAh SiO+ battery was created to complement the phone’s slim, ergonomic shape and to impress with its long life.
Camera & Display
The large 5.2″ Full HD 1080p IPS display offers the superior clarity of 423-pixel-per-inch resolution to deliver extraordinary graphics and sharp text, all with the beauty of true-to-life colors. In fact, the 16:9 high-definition screen is downright cinematic, also minimizing color oversaturation and potential eyestrain.
Capture crisp, detailed, high-quality images with the G2’s 13-megapixel camera, seen in my picture below taken with the LG G2 Smartphone. It uses Optical Image Stabilizer (OIS) technology to stabilize your photos so your images will still shine brightly, detailed and sharp with no blur.
Functionality
The LG G2 Smartphone includes some of the newest features from LG, like Slide Aside, Guest Mode aka Kid Mode, Clip Tray, and more!
One of my favorite functions I can do with my new LG G2 is the Quick Remote. Within a matter of seconds I synced my cable box with the Quick Remote and was able to save favorite channels for easy access. The kids thought it was the coolest thing ever that Mommy could switch the tv on/off and change channels with my phone. But it’s not just for televisions and cable boxes, you can also sync your DVD or Blu-ray players, Audio, and much more. It’s really neat!
If you have a tech lover in your family, which most families do, the LG G2 Smartphone is well worth the value! I’m captivated by the fast performance, quality images, and overall functionality of this phone. It would make a great holiday gift for that special someone. Now for some fun facts! Sprint recently conducted a mobile security survey revealing smartphone consumers’ mobile behaviors, habits and concerns about privacy. Here’s a few of the results from that survey:
Were you surprised by any of those results? I was personally surprised by the snooping statistics. I guess we’re not a snooping kind of family. However, when the kids get older and have their own phones, we may become part of that statistic. 🙂 Curious to see what else the survey revealed, head to the survey page for more results.

I love that you can use it as a remote. I bought a dongle to do that with my iPhone and my iPad, it was a novelty that wore off after a while because you always have to put it in and take it out when you want to use it…

I like that there’s a button on the back for taking pictures. I’m so bad at tapping the screen with my arm sticking out.

Oh boy. A lot of those facts apply to me

Yea…I can totally relate to those ppl that check their phone often. I wouldn’t say every 5 minutes though! 🙂
