As we continue to self-quarantine due to the Coronavirus, parents are running out of ideas to keep their kids entertained at home. While it’s highly recommended to stay at home, it is okay to get some fresh air, as long as you continue with the guidelines of keeping your distance from others. One way you can make a family walk more entertaining is with this neighborhood scavenger hunt activity.

Being cooped up indoors is no fun. Taking a walk is a great way to get outdoors and it has some benefits too. In addition to fresh air, you are doing a healthy activity your body needs while absorbing some Vitamin D from the sun.

The kids may not think a walk is all that exciting, that’s why we’ve created this neighborhood scavenger hunt activity. Simply print the activity sheet above, and get walking! Don’t forget a pencil or pen so they can check off things as they go. As a reward, you can give the kids a lollipop or ice cream for a job well done.
