About the game: You just landed on your own deserted island paradise. You instantly find your inner peace as you hear the soothing sound of ocean waves. You set up your new tent and, before calling it a night, decide to wander around the island to take it all in.
Before long, you will be meeting animal residents, crafting items and indulging in a variety of activities, like catching bugs and sharing your virtual life with friends and family. Your island life is just the beginning!
Soon you’re trading in that tent for an upgraded home that you can decorate with furniture and accessories. There are all sorts of customizations that allow you to expand on your creativity while playing.
The game creator will also be adding free seasonal content throughout the year to keep the game fun.

My boys are loving this new Animal Crossing game! They enjoy exploring and creating their own virtual island. As the island grows, more facilities can be built like a furniture shop or a museum.
My 9-year-old likes that you can get an airline pass to explore other islands, which have different foods and other ideas for expanding your own island. Another cool feature is party play where you can call up to three other players to explore the island at the same time.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a neat interactive game that’s rated E for Everyone. It’s been especially enjoyable during this pandemic outbreak to give the boys something creative and fun to do at home.
