One Pan Pork Chops and Apples Recipe

Ingredients:
- olive oil
- pork chops
- Kosher salt and black pepper
- chicken stock
- Dijon mustard
- rosemary
- thyme
- honey-crisp apples
- yellow onion

Directions:
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together chicken stock and mustard, set aside.
- Spray chops lightly with olive oil, season both sides of pork chops with kosher salt and black pepper, and a little rosemary and thyme. Let sit 15-30 mins.
- Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to large heavy-bottomed pan (or skillet), and heat over medium heat. Add pork chops to pan, sear 5 minutes per side. (Chops will continue cooking in the sauce later)
- Move pork chops to a plate.
- Add remaining 1 Tbsp oil to the pan, then add apples and onions. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Stir to combine.
- Pour in chicken stock mixture, then stir.
- Place pork chops back into the pan (between the apples and onions)
- Turn heat to low, cook 5 minutes, then flip chops, cook another 5 minutes. Flip again, cover and cook 10 mins, flip the last time and cook another 5-10 minutes or until pork chops are finished cooking.
