A new brand of inspiring tees has emerged to bring light during this uncertain time. Path Made Clear is a husband and wife owned business located in Central Florida that decided to take a leap of faith after losing their jobs during the Covid-19 pandemic. Their shop has a variety of inspirational t-shirts for the whole family.

Living through a pandemic is hard enough, but then add a historic movement for change that’s long overdue and anyone is bound to spiral into a depression. I’ve heard from so many that are struggling with mental illness because their lives have been turned upside down.
We’ve been “stuck” inside our homes for months, missing out on things we enjoy, and looking for new ways to cope.
One thing I’ve read over and over is to stick with a routine, even if you’re not going anywhere.
Get up, shower, get dressed, put make-up on. These things make you feel better about yourself. This has definitely kept my spirits up – in addition to keeping a regular exercise routine outdoors.
