Football parties equal really good snack food, right?! And boy are we excited for this years’ big game. Nates’ hometown team will be battling New England for the win! We are always barbecuing something delicious for the family to enjoy during game time. Today I’m sharing a simple Pulled Pork Snack Bites recipe that’s easy to create, and oh so good!
Pulled Pork Snack Bites
Ingredients
- Ritz Crackers
- Pulled Pork
- Coleslaw
- Barbecue sauce (optional)
The directions couldn’t be easier! Simply pile high your Ritz cracker with pulled pork and coleslaw, then top with another Ritz cracker. Bite and enjoy! You can find prepared pulled pork at the store, or check out these great recipes on Pinterest for a homemade version.
See, I promised you a simple snack recipe that’s perfect for entertaining! And by the way, these pulled pork bites are really good too. Be sure to have extra ingredients on hand because these bad boys will go fast!
I definitely don’t mind entertaining guests, but I look for shortcuts and simple solutions that make things less stressful. After all, I want to enjoy the game too! And I don’t want a big mess to clean up afterwards.
While prepping for the game next weekend, I picked up my ingredients at Walmart. They even had Ritz crackers on rollback for $2.50 at my store. I found the crackers on an aisle display, but you can also locate them on the cracker aisle too.
Other favorites we will be making for game day are chicken legs, baked beans, and baked potatoes. Of course you’ll need something tasty to drink during your football party. We like to pair Coca Cola with our barbecue favorites!
What do you include in your game day spread? Do you have any Ritz crackers recipes?

What a winning snack!!! Yea rah rah!! I know I’d be tempted to pop these into my mouth in one bite – when nobody’s looking, of course! But I think a double batch might be good, because they will go fast. The Ritz cracker would be perfect for this tasty combo. Nice idea!
