Strawberry Cheesecake Mocktail
Ingredients
2 Cups strawberry juice
1 Cup lemon juice
½ Cup water
1 Tbsp sugar
Mint sprigs
Strawberries, sliced
Directions
In a jar mix together the strawberry juice, lemon juice, sugar, and water.
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to chill.
Remove from refrigerator and add ice cubes to the serving glasses.
Pour the liquid into the glasses.
Decorate with the strawberries and mint.
Serve and enjoy.
Tips
Muddle the glasses with mint to enhance the flavor. This is an energizing beverage your guests are sure to enjoy, especially during the warmer months.
This can easily be made into a cocktail by adding a shot of vodka to the mix.
