Who else struggles with mom guilt? I know I’m not alone in this! The final week of summer snuck up on us and I’m feeling the guilt. Did we do enough this summer? What else can we do to make this summer special? While we did a few staycations and a quick road trip to Atlanta, I wanted to plan a final week of summer fun. Sooo the kids and I came up with a plan to do a mini foodie tour of Orlando.
Did you know Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers more than just smoothies? Surprisingly many people don’t realize that there’s much more to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe menu. So, we started off our foodie tour at TSC on Sunday for lunch. Their fun tropical decor always puts me in a zen vibe. I’m still obsessing over their pendant lights – I must find out where they found those! Anyway, back to the food. 😉
This is a partnered post. All opinions are my own.
Summer Fun at Tropical Smoothie Cafe
Tropical Smoothie Cafe inspires a healthier lifestyle by serving amazing smoothies and food with a bit of tropical fun. Their motto is “eat better feel better” which is why they offer craveable menu items that are made with fresh, quality ingredients.
Recently added to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe menu are flavorful pressed sandwiches that are a new permanent menu item. We sampled the Chicken Caprese made with fresh mozzarella, parmesan, tomato, pesto & balsamic glaze and the Cuban Sandwich made with pulled pork, ham, mayo, yellow mustard, pickles and swiss. Don’t they look amazing? The sandwiches are really filling and full of flavor. My husband is already dreaming about his next Cuban sandwich! 🙂
By the way, you can add a smoothie to any sandwich, wrap or bowl for less than $4! My favorite is the Jetty Punch smoothie made with strawberries and banana.
Order Ahead and Skip the Line
If you’re in a hurry, you can use their app or order online then pick-up your order at the counter. You can also sign up for their tropical rewards to earn VIP rewards all year long. Don’t forget to try their pressed sandwiches when you order. They are delicious!!
Stay tuned to my Instagram page for more of our foodie finds during our hometown mini-tour!
