White Chocolate Raspberry Bars
Ingredients
1 Butter stick
2 Cup all-purpose flour
½ Cup raspberries
½ Cup white chocolate chips
¾ Cup brown sugar
2 Eggs
½ Tbsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
For the glaze
½ Cup powdered sugar
½ Cup melted white chocolate chips
2 Tbsp water
1 Tsp vanilla extract

Ghirardelli Classic White Chocolate Chip, 11 Ounce, 2 PacksDomino Powdered Confectioners Sugar 16oz

Preheat oven over 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl mix the butter, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, and eggs.
Pour the white chocolate chips into the dough and mix lightly.
Grease an 8-inch square baking dish with non-stick baking spray and fill with the batter.
Top with raspberries.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden-brown.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and let it cool.
While waiting, make the glaze by mixing the ingredients in a bowl, then transfer to a piping bag.
Once cooled, add the glaze over top and slice into bite-sized bars.
Serve and enjoy!
